As part of the Bachelor of Training and Development (Psychology) I spent six months in the highlands of Papua New Guinea (Minj, Mt Hagen, Tari) conducting research for my thesis.  Staying in areas only accessible by helicopter I fully integrated myself into their society – living and sleeping with the tribal women and pigs in small huts.
